Based on industrial series assembly A+R® ball valves are combined to become a complete ball valve product. Assembly is organized by order picking and carried out by qualified and well trained personel. A sophisticated fully network ERP system ensures the availability of details at any time and efficient operation scheduling taking the aspect of an internationally competitve production into account.

One of the greatest challenges of our era is to make high-quality products available on demand. A+R® have in stock large quantities of standard seated ball valves of several stainless steel and steel casting types to be able to meet immediate delivery demands. A most extensive inventory of ready machined ball valve parts allows rapid assembly of various seat systems on customer´s individual requirements.
A+R® is aiming on absolute trouble-free process operation of ball valves to improve plant run-time and safety. Therefore A+R® proofs what is promised to customers. Very advanced and custom made high temperature test equipment operated by A+R® is used to verify the design of new ball valve technology development or process for any individual test required to customers specificaton. Temperatures of +900°C (1650°F) at internal valve test pressure of max. 40 bars can be demonstrated such as for Fire Safe Test BS 6755, Part 2. A connected Helium leak detector ensures unique stem sealing tightness according TA-Luft 2002 (clean air) regulation. Only test results showing emissions far lower than any available standard are acceptable for A+R® products.
